Areas, charges and lead times

Delivery areas, charges, minimum order values and lead times are confirmed with each order: [DELIVERY INFORMATION REQUIRED]. Nothing on this site should be taken as a published delivery promise until those details are confirmed.

Access and offloading

You are responsible for telling us about access restrictions — road width, parking restrictions, overhead obstructions, gateways, soft ground and turning space — and for providing firm, clear, safe space to offload. If a vehicle cannot safely reach or offload at the address given, a wasted journey charge may apply.

Timing

Delivery times are estimates. We will do what we can to keep to an agreed date, but delays caused by weather, traffic, site conditions or supply are outside our control.

Checking the delivery

Please check quantities and condition on arrival and note any shortage or damage before signing. Report problems to us promptly so we can put things right.

Collections

If you are collecting, make sure your vehicle or trailer can legally and safely carry the load, and that the load is secured and covered where needed. Yard safety instructions must be followed while on site.

Risk

Risk in the goods passes on delivery or collection. Once materials are offloaded at the address you gave us, they are in your care.
