Faulty or incorrect goods

If materials arrive damaged, faulty or not as ordered, tell us as soon as you notice and we will arrange a replacement, collection or refund as appropriate. Keep the materials accessible and, where you can, send photographs.

Unwanted goods

Unused materials in their original, resaleable condition may be returnable within the period we confirm with your order. Return window, restocking or collection charges, and the process for arranging a return: [CLIENT TO CONFIRM].

Goods that cannot be returned

Cut, laid, mixed or part-used materials cannot be returned. Loose materials that have been tipped, cement products that have been exposed to moisture, and special or made-to-order items are also normally non-returnable.

Natural variation

Natural stone and aggregates vary in colour, veining and size between batches. Variation within the normal range for the material is not a fault. Check a sample before ordering if appearance is critical.

Consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order details and what you would like to do. Refunds are made to the original payment method once the return is agreed and, where applicable, the goods are back with us.
