Product information, images and guidance on this site are provided in good faith for general information. Natural materials vary in colour, size and finish between batches, so samples and photographs are indicative rather than exact.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for the period stated on the quote. If quantities, access or dates change, the quote may need revising. Quote validity period: [CLIENT TO CONFIRM].

Orders and prices

An order is accepted once we confirm it. Prices are shown excluding VAT where stated, with VAT added at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before accepting an order.

Payment

Quantities

Where we help estimate quantities, the estimate is guidance based on your measurements. You remain responsible for checking dimensions, depths and site conditions.
